(“VESTA”) (BMV: Vesta), one of the leading pure-play industrial real estate developers in Mexico, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christianne Ibañez as the Company’s Investor Relations Officer. Fernanda Bettinger will remain as an important part of the IR team in her current role as Vesta’s IR Associate.

Ms. Ibañez brings extensive real estate investor relations expertise to her new role at Vesta, having served in several senior IR roles. She was previously Investor Relations Officer at Fibra Plus Management, S.C. where she participated in negotiations of the Company’s debt structuring as well as other finance alternatives. Ms. Ibañez previously was also on the Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. (“ICA”) Corporate Finance and Investor Relations team.

At Vesta, Ms. Ibañez will oversee shareholder outreach as well as other key IR initiatives, maintaining the Company’s consistently high standard of investor relations and communications.

She Majored in International Business Administration with a double Minor in Finance and Accounting at the Universidad Anahuac Norte and Majored in Corporate Finance at the Universidad Iberoamericana.
